Apple, strawberry and lime
Both the taste and the aroma of this refreshing juice are guaranteed to lift a low mood.
Apples contain calcium and magnesium, which together help to balance brain chemistry. Recipe
4 apple, cut into wedges
2 limes, peeled and quartered
15 strawberries, hulled
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Press alternate chunks of apple and lime, and the strawberries through a juicer. Sprinkle over the cinnamon, stir and drink immediately.
